Here is the beginning of the Pacific NW Outrigger Canoe Association (PNW ORCA) in the Opening Parade. Regions and countries represented include: California, East Coast US, Canada, Hawai`i, Niue, France, Tahiti, New Caledonia, Fiji, Cook Islands, New Zealand, Italy, England, Germany, Australia, Rapanui (Easter Island),... Sadly, quite a few countries are missing from this year's competition.
